18 Prospect Street is a fully renovated Victorian style building (circa 1840) comprising about 2900 square feet on three floors plus an accessible 500 square foot storage cellar. Skylights, french doors, oak floors and glass pocket doors are used throughout. All of the space is light-filled and comfortable.
